Home teeth whitening like you see on any of the YouTube videos with peroxide , baking soda are NOT safe
Kindly do not try them as you may wear out the enamel leading to sensitivity

Try out whitening toothpaste like Glodent , colgate white for a shade lighter teeth( will not show drastic results though)
you may get a scaling and polishing procedure done to remove external stains ( procedure is painless and in expensive)
