Can you suggest some medicine and tooth paste for the pain and clearing of infection and my teeth was broken and it's half black now and it's paining doctor suggested root canal but it's painful a lot I tried and can you suggest some which is used for clearing it !please am request you

There is no toothpaste or medicine which can clear the decay in your tooth. The tooth has to be cleaned by a dentist and that procedure is called RCT. U can take any painkiller for the time being...But they work only for 4-6 hrs..The pain will recur after that..Please visit a dentist and get the treatment done before the infection further increases which may lead to pus formation.

Any medications or tooth paste will be temporary treatment. They will not help permanantly. Permanent treatment is either u go for root canal or get it extracted. Root canal treatment generally does not cause pain ,instead it immediately relieves pain.
So u visit a dentist or endodontist (specialist of root canal treatment)
