Hello there ....these blackening of teeth is due to milk feeding at night...popularly known as "Nursing bottle caries"...
Make sure any of the parent should do the child's teeth cleaning once properly (morning or night) and give him some water after milk at night which will flush out the sugary milk from the teeth surface and prevent decay...
If possible...visit a "Pediatric Dentist" to get the necessary examination and treatment, so that the decay can be stopped here itself...
Take care ...!!!
Hi..No need to worry. It's a common with most of the kids. It's called nursing bottle caries. You should use a paste for kids. Any brand is OK. Brush his teeth twice daily and take him to dentist if it is becoming more brown or black over the years. They are milk teeth and usually fall at the age of 6-7 . But precaution as mentioned earlier is good.
Regards
Hello, black teeth indicate decay ..one of the reason of decaying in front teeth is related to consuming milk at night just before sleeping which leaves sugars in milk stuck on the teeth all night resulting into decay ..
For this visit a dentist to cure the decay ..and make sure to brush his teeth before bedtime as a good habit
In your sons case front teeth turning black is an indication that the tooth or teeth are decaying. Application of flourides by a dentist would help. Dentist may prescribe a flouridated tooth paste for long-term measure.
