Teeth pain can be due to caries or infection at root of the teeth.Take:-
•Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
•Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
•Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
•Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for 15 minutes
•Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
•Warm saline rinses between meals
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg

It is may be due to gum problem,, give him tab. Zerodol so twice a day for 3days after food.

do gargles with clohex plus mouthwash or warm water gargles,, if possible try to get gum tone powder and do massage on gum with that powder.

Do not eat with that tooth, don't eat anything hot and hard until you get it treated, additionally you can apply gel rexidine m forte gel over the affected tooth, clean it properly with the use of paste and brush and then apply the medicine.

Hello sir.. Check wheather pain is in gums or tooth.. If their is toothdecay then pain may be related to tooth and if their is mobility of tooth and no tooth decay then that may be related to gums infection..

Kindly answer a few more questions to help understand the underlying issue due to which pain is there ,
* Is there any mobility of the tooth ? That means is the tooth shaking and paining . If yes , then there is a gum issue and painkillers will only temporarily take care of the problem . Start giving him Tablet Enzoflam thrice a day for 3 days . This tablet contains Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase .
