Due to marginal leakage in the metal filling  you might have developed  secondary  caries  which if reaches to the pulp of the teeth containing nerve vessels might lead to pain. Only a radiograph can reveal the extent of damage. You need to visit a dentist who if needed might advise you for a refilling  or root canal treatment.

Tooth pain generally appears if there is deep dental caries (decay). If you are getting pain in the tooth with silver filling it may be because of secondary caries (decay) below the filling. If intermittent pain only while eating  it may be because of fractured filling. It can be addressed by doing a refilling. In case you are having continues pain better to consult nearby dentist and get a x-ray done for that tooth to see the condition and plan the treatment accordingly
