A picture of the tooth would be more helpful to give a proper solution . But according to ur complaint it might be due to caries in the tooth which has affected the pulp tissue . Kindly consult a dentist at the earliest . For now u can take ketorol DT to reduce pain

Namaskaram, The tooth when feels threatened it only responds through pain. When the hard enamel starts to wear off or the gums drop down from their normal position, the deeper layer of the tooth gets exposed which has all the nerves. On having hot or cold beverages these may get stimulated causing pain or sensitivity. Another reason can be a crack within the tooth which expands and contracts on having beverages with extreme temperatures. Various treatment methods can be considered. Filing the tooth cavity,a root canal treatment, replacing the existing tooth with a crown. Take the time to have a proper evaluation of your dental situation and learn what options are best for you.
