Teeth moving after braces off no retaine
I got my braces off 4 days ago. During the 3rd day I noticed my teeth were feeling really loose. My parent called the ortho and they said the retainers are due to come in another week. On the 4th day I have noticed a slight gap in my front teeth that you can see through it is pretty noticeable. It looks like a thin black line in the middle of my front teeth. I have a wire on my front and bottom teeth. What can I do to prevent more gaps? I can’t go to my ortho because they don’t want me to go.

It might b because of the failure to wear the retainers. . but u should contact ur orthodontist immediately
