I feel it might be because of the improper alignment of the teeth.... Might be ur lower front teeth are hitting ur upper teeth which is called over bite/deep bite During ur sleep unknowingly u exert more pressure on ur teeth (as in stress/ anxiety neurosis/ bruxism) which results in a morning feel of loosened and forwardly placed teeth, which subsequently results in bone resorption which in turn results in spacing of teeth & gum recession . In simple Improper alignment =bone loss=gum recession =spacing =forwardly placed teeth.

Development of gaps between the teeth at your age is a classical sign of weak periodontal health. The Other symptoms of this problem can be mobility of teeth, bleeding from the gums and foul smell from the mouth. Your age is definitely too less for this condition. You should visit your dentist as soon as possible for a proper clinical examination. The least requirement will be a session of cleaning of your teeth by procedure called as scaling. Regards.
