Hello, madam good morning here is the answer for your question, when there is a fractured front tooth you should always see a dentist because the fall and it’s impact can affect the bone, the pulp of the tooth which can lead to a lot of problems and also it affects the developing permanent tooth, the front permanent teeth start erupting at age of 7 or 8 years and they come only once, I suggest you to fix an appointment please.
