Grinding of teeth is medically called as BRUXISM....
causes of Bruxism:
**stress and anxiety
**Occlusal disturbance
**sleep apnea
**Missing or crooked teeth
consequence of Bruxism:
**Fracturing,loosening or loss of teeth
** wearing away of teeth
**may even damage Jaws and TMJ problem....
Occasional teeth grinding is not a big issue But chronic grinding of teeth is a noticable issue...
