U needed to wear your retainers as it was prescribed to u by yr orthodontist.
Now that those spaces have reappeared u need to visit yr orthodontist again and make sure u wear yr retainers properly. U can also opt for other procedures but braces would b the best option i can c from yr question.
Hi,
Sometimes after completion of braces treatment, gap comes again between teeth. With braces we move teeth to our desire position but they always have a tendency to go back to there original position which leads to gap formation between teeth. For such kind of cases we give a permanent retainer. Consult your orthodontist regarding this problem. Only after oral check up we can decide for treatment.
Hi there! Greetings to you.
We call this kind of gaps forming after orthodontic treatment as tooth relapse. This can happen if the retainer given after the treatment is not worn according to the dentist's instructions. I suggest you to consult your dentist at the earliest to get it examined and he'll advice you the best possible treatment to you. Do not worry as this condition can be corrected. Feel free to ask for any more doubts.
