I have my teeth in good shape, earlier the color of my teeth was pearl white but now they have turned off white. I don't smoke or chew tabaco and brush twice a day. Still why they have turned off white ?
Also how can I make the pearl white again without any side affect? I have heard that bleaching is an option but it has some side affects too.
Kindly suggest.

Hello sir...
To make your teeth brighter you need to go for scaling for every 6 months.....
By scaling the deposits(plaque and calculus) ,smoking and pan, coffee tea gets cleaned...Eventhough you want still more brighter you can go for teeth whitening.....it can be done once in a year.....however teeth whitening has its own side effect of generalized sensitivity of your teeth for a week
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further clinical examination and management

U need to go for scaling every 6 months.
This is to clean the calculus and the debris which ur brush cannot clean and reach.
This will not make ur teeth pearl white, in fact bleaching cant do that either.
Bleaching will make the colour of ur teeth a shade lighter than ur present colour.
Next Steps
U can go for bleaching if aesthetics is ur prime concern. 🙂
