Please visit a nearby dentist to get clinically evaluated if required xray too. Eruption of third molar sometimes causes pain but if there is swelling in gums with redness in the area it means tissue inflammation which you can check by putting a slight pressure on gums , if there is pain then you need to meet a dentist for available treatment options.
Health Tips
by the time you meet a dentist use salt with Luke warm water ; three times daily together with a mild analgesic( painkiller) like paracetamol if you don't have any allergy to it. CAUTION :

You are getting your wisdom tooth. Do hot water gargles with salt a few times a day . You can take dolo 650 for pain for 2-3 days. If pain persists you will need to consult a dentist and get an X-ray done
