Your description is not very clear but if I am right in understanding, the tooth filling has come off. And probably that has happened because you don't have a Crown over the tooth. Clinical evaluation of the current condition of a tooth will be required so that it can be ascertained weather the tooth is amenable for treatment or not. If it is, then a new filling can be done and a Crown will be suggested on the tooth. Regards
