I've got this tear or cut while having a course , i just stopped and notice blood(2 to 3 drops) ,and washed then i noticed a cut which is 0.5cm tear , my concern is will it heal itself or should have to apply any cream. im worried what if i urinate , will it leads to infection ? suggest me.
