Tattoo done with a needle . Now worried

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I have had a tatoo on my hand recently.. no i am little worried about it.. i done it from the streets.. they told it was temperory but they used a needle. I am sure they didnt use the sterilized needles and pretty sure they use the same for everyone... What should i do now.. i am worried.. should i subject a blood test.?

Hello..Well yes if they have used unsterilized needle then you have chances of acquiring infection...I would suggest you to wit and see if you see any symptoms of fever, weight loss, diarrhoea ..Then yu cab be subjected to test of hiv....Thank you
