Taking milk coffee everyday impacts
Hi, I'm diagnosed with pcos and thyroid. I am trying to lose weight. But, I have a habit of drinking milk coffee (without sugar) with breakfast in the morning everyday. I only drink milk coffee once or twice a day. I shifted to organic milk. But I read articles everywhere that coffee increases cortisol levels and milk disrupts with hormones. Please suggest.
