I was above average drinker. Used to consume alcohol 2-3 times a week. I quit drinking and started working out. Started high protein diet with low calories (approx 1800 per day, my weight 80kg, 5.10 height). My trainer suggested along with diet to consume Himalaya Liv 52 tablets as protein intake (including whey protein) is high. Should I take the Liv-52 tablet? Does High protein diet and
liver has connection? Already taking Multivitamin and fish oil tables. Please suggest.
