Taking Karela, jamun juice for diabetes
I was taking Amaryl MV 1 mg for diabetes for the last 4 years. Started taking Karela and jamun juice daily for the last 2 months apart from daily exercise; my blood sugar has reduced drastically. Stopped medicine and tested again, blood sugar still less. Is it ok to take karela and jamun daily to manage diabetes?

There is no scientific data behind this. Keep on checking your sugar at different times once it start rising restart the medicines
