Taking 5mg folic acid
I am 10 weeks primi with no history of neural tube defect .i am taking 5mg folic acid by mistake .Now worried is it too high for pregnancy and can it cause complication later .

Can take. Irrespective of neural tube defect you shud be taking folic acid. 5mg is safe!
