Tailbone pain
About 8 years ago I injured my tailbone while travelling long distance by bus and sleeping in an uncomfortable position. Consulted couple of reputed spine specialists with no relief. Finally the pain went away on its own. About 2 months ago, the pain has resurfaced after I sat for a few days on a bean bag for prolonged hours. I am using a donut cushion while sitting. But I have more pain while lying on my back while sleeping. So I am forced to sleep on my side. Will I be relieved of this pain?
