  4. Tachycardia. It's normal please assist.

My baby is of 18 months, she has tachycardia. Her treatment is going on. She is normal, her activities are also normal. But now from past 2 to 3 days her lips are looking bit dark (black).. is it anything related heart, is it a matter of worry or it's normal please assist.
