Tachycardia
From last 10 years i hav been using metxl 50 daily 1 tablet for BP and tachycardia due to anxiety. Recently 6 months back my heart beat increased to 120 and i visited cardiologist he seen ECG, 2decho and he prescribed linderal la 20  morning 1 night 1 in place of metxl 50. Now I am feeling comfortable and BP is normal and not having any anxiety. shall i continue inderal or shift back to metxl. How to reduce the dose. Bcoz i am getting frequent tiredness and fatigue. Or any alternate medicine to try to reduce fatigue.

Hello, Switching between medicines is not the right thing to do. If your symptoms are controlled on inderal then continue with that. Secondly, if you want to reduce medicines you should treat the root cause which in your case is anxiety. Just taking symptomatic treatment won't help in long term Take care
