I have irregular periods and trying to conceive. Hence doctor advised me to take sys fol and duphaston ( from 15-25 days ). When should I have intercourses to conceive ? Is it before starting duphaston or after finishing taking it for that month?

It is better to document ovulation and then start duphaston. The reason for irregular period needs to be evaluated . Also need to evaluate if you are ovulating as you are planning for pregnancy
