Good evening doctor, my friend (She)is trying to concive, consulted doctor in the February, doctor prescribed meprate for periods and tab letrozole 2.5mg for ovulation, doctor advised them 10th-20th days periods must participate daily in sex, prescribed for 3months , they doesn't try in lockdown because they are saperated during lockdown,, they started treatment in May month 8th, and june 8th she got period 2months but in july she doesn't get period she did pregnancy test on 43th day(July 20) it came negative, after that again she took Tab.meprate 10mg/ BD/5days(july 20nd-24), still no period no symptoms of pregnancy,
Now what is the solution they can get pregnancy?

Hello.. good evening.. you can wait for 7 more days for spontaneous menses to occur.. then go for the same treatment with Tab letrozole 2.5 mg and ovulation study for 2 cycles.. if pregnancy doesn't occur, then other investigations for husband and wife should be done further

Hi. After stopping Meprate it takes 10 to 14 days for the periods to start .once the periods start on day 3 she can again start Tab Letroz as advised . Better chek ovulation by scan . That will help in pregnancy .
