If your baby develops fever or pain after vaccination, you can give Paracetamol drops 0.6 (100 mg/mL) after feeding. Repeat every 6 hours if needed, but not more than 4 times a day. Fever usually settles within 1–2 days.

Fever >102°F or lasting >48 hours
