My wife having sle since 2011, we have taken medical diagnosis regularly every 75 days and drugs also consumed regularly now my problem is we are in out of station and now the results are came for the last check up(complete ANA profile.there are some positive results are there in higher limits(reports attached), we are plan to consult the doctor at Friday (23/11/2019)now
I want to know is there any severe problem to urgently consult my doctor or otherwise as usual plan to go for Friday to meet the doctor? ...please suggest me... Thank you

Don’t worry about these tests. These tests are usually positive in SLE/ lupus. Anti-sm antibody is highly specific for diagnosis of SLE/ lupus. Other antibodies can also also be positive in lupus. They have some significance in different manifestations of lupus.
There is nothing urgency...continue your medicines as advised by Your Rheumatologist. Don’t fall in any other honey trap.
