Syphilis treatment

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Need this advice from dermatologist or venerealogist or gynae. I took the test For vdrl and TPHA which came out as reactive. Titre is 1:80 of TPHA and 1:2 of vdrl. My wife is non reactive to vdrl and is 7 weeks pregnant. Will she also be required to take penicillin 2.4m injection? Do i need to take injection?
