Syphilis ?
I had an u protected sex 6 months back. Out of anxiety , I got my blood tested a couple of times after 3-4 months and all good . Last month again I took test and I got vdrl 1:2 and hiv negative in blood report. I didn't have intercourse after that last incident . Another test claimed I am negative for both. My doctor told me I don't have to worry and it's not syphilis. I have been getting very itchy red acne only on my shoulders. Closely noted , these acne pops when I have upset stomach or gastritis problem. I am very worried. Does syphilis acne itch? And it appears only on shoulders ? Is there any confirmatory test to be done? I am very worried. Plz help

This is not Syphilis.
VDRL 1:2 has no significance.
Acne on back / shoulders can be acne vulgaris.
