Symptoms of Reactive Hypoglycemia
I am non diabetic... I am getting symptoms of reactive hypoglycemia from past couple of months almost everyday if skip meal or even within couple of minutes or hours after eating meals... Symptoms include excessive hunger, sweating, blurry vision, confusion, heart palpitation, anxiety and panic attacks, disbalance, brain fog, feeling of falling down, cold hand and feet and all this symptoms goes away after I eat proper food and I am eating every 2/3 hours and also I have gained weight... Diabeties and thyroid tests are normal... H1abc is 5.4...Also checked random blood sugar during the symptoms at a lab and also couple of times on glucometer and the result on glucometer were 82, 77, 89 etc... Please refer to the lab report attached which is taken after 4 hrs of eating dal rice and during symptoms... Please confirm am I really suffering from reactive hypoglycemia...Really worried as practically cannot eat every 2/3 hours jus in fear of hypoglycemia symptoms... Please help
