Symptoms of piles?
For the past 2 days, I feel a small swelling near anal opening. It's a bulb like structure. The pain is neither uniform nor severe, but slight pain, burning sensation and discomfort is there. Yesterday I applied proctosedyl twice. Today morning, the size of swelling is smaller than before. Is this initial stage of piles? PS: I neither have constipation nor any bleeding.

It's probably a external haemorrhoid. It will resolve within a week. Avoid constipation. Take painkiller if necessary. It's not piles.
