Symptoms of Phimosis

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am unable to retract my foreskin while I am masturbating although I don't have any pain while doing so. I wanted to ask if this will create any problems while I will have sex? Will I have pain while having it? Is it necessary for the foreskin to retract? I tried doing it myself but had pain so I preferred not to do it further. What are the chances if I use steroid creams? Should I send pictures for a confirmation?
