  4. Symptoms of miscarriage. I was pregnant.

Symptoms of miscarriage
I had the depo injection a couple of weeks ago & this week I had period pains and spotting for 2 days which I presumed was a late period, yesterday I had pains in my lower back and stomach, shooting pains so bad I couldn't move, I went to the toilet & passed a clear sac, I don't know if this was a miscarriage as I didn't know I was pregnant.
