Pain in lower abdominal , tiredness , heaviness in body all these are the symptoms of pregnancy or these are side effects of  ipills which my gf has taken.

Hi. Unless your gf misses her periods preg cannot be confirmed . All these symptoms can be due to ipill . Due to the pill she will get some bleeding within a week .
