Hello doctor, i am 25yr old married girl. When i consulted a doctor for pre-marital counselling regarding sex, my doctor diagnosed me with a chocolate cyst of 5cm in my right ovary through scan. But my left ovary is fine without any cysts. But I don't see any symptoms of chocolate cysts like heavy bleeding, severe mensus pain. I have a normal bleeding and I get very little mensus pain which lasts for just one-two hours and my mensus duration is 4 or five days. When I consulted another doctor regarding chocolate cysts, she told me that it may be some blood clots and it may not be chocolate cysts and she asked to do an MRI scan to confirm this. Do I really have chocolate cysts?
