Swollen vein on penis

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have a very enlarged vein on the bottom of the penis with runs till the top (it's on the right side and has smaller worm like veins along with it). I am very scared and I don't know how to eliminate them. Is this because of excessive masturbation? I have been masturbating daily for over 5 years now. I feel really guilty about that, please let me know how do I solve this problem naturally? I will be very thankful to you, please help me out. Note: this might look very common, but I have seen lot of pics on the internet but none of the penis seen to have such an enlarged vein. I beg you to please provide a solution to this. Thank you so much!
