Swollen Penis
The foreskin is not able to pull back to its normal position. Meanwhile some blood got trapped and a part of penis (just below the glans) seems to have swollen up. No pain in normal urination or otherwise, slight pain during erection. Facing for the last 24 hours or so!!!
