  4. Swollen on newborns thigh area. Its own?

Swollen on newborns thigh area
Hi my 26 days newborn have swollen on his thigh in shot area.he had his first vaccination on third day and after a week that area have turn pink and swollen. He still has it. His neonatal dr said that it will be in 1 in 1000 babies. Please help me. Will it reduce on its own ?
