Swollen lymph node or not. The lump.

Recently I have taken gardasil 9 and also for the first time I checked my breast, I found many thick band like texture throughout almost the entire breast and a small lump slippery and oval on side of my breast towards the end of my armpit, the other side doesn't have such prominent texture neither any lump. And the lump is present on the same side where the vaccine was given, just want to know if thats an actual lump or swollen lymph node, its exactly where I have placed my index and middle finger, sometimes feel close to the surface and sometimes deep, it can only be felt through my finger tips not with the three finger pad technique. Is it a lymph node or lump also what are the band like thickening that's not so prominent in the other breast. Pls let me know if it's something serious. I'm attaching the picture where I can feel the lump.
