Swollen lymph node in nec. Infection?

I had oral sex 2 month back but at that i wasalso having sores in mouth.also from the past 2 month i am having stomach pain sometimes mild sometimes strong. After one of sex i had boil on knee of my right leg. Then i had boil on right cheek under jaw where lymph nodes are located. After that i started having pain in both side of my cheek under jaw and under ear.i am also having pain on back side of neck. Now i have swollen lymph node ,pain in and aeound neck.,localized pain all over the body Fatigue Tingling all over the body ,muscle tightness, Mild pain in head in small portion. I do not have any fever, no night sweats,no major rashes, although i have sores in my mouth but i usually have all ovee the year Is it symptom of hiv??or a normal viral infection? I am taking medicine and antibiotics past 10 days but no help....
