Swollen lower eyelid
I was having watery eyes and redness then I visited to doctor, he said it's just a minor infection and gave a refresh tears eye drop, which he asked me to use 5-6 times a day. But after coming from hospital, next day my lower eye lid of right eye got swollen. And I am using that drop and using hot water cloth dipped in hot water. But it's not getting decreased. Please suggest

Try
A. Warm compresses
B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
C. Take systemic antibiotic like ciprofloxacin 500twice daily
This may take a week for recovery
You may follow up after 5 days
