  3. Swollen leg. Swollen and very bruised!

I walked in to a tow bar a few weeks ago and smacked my shin pretty bad the swelling went down in a few days but a lump remained no pain or anything then about 2 days ago it blew up like a ballon it is extremely sore and swollen and very bruised
