Hello! It is always better to avoid unnecessary medication during pregnancy. But if you can’t tolerate it then you may apply it twice a day at the maximum. You may even try warm saline gargles and clean your teeth by proper brushing technique twice a day. It would be much helpful to advice other options if you would attach a picture of the area concerned. Take care. :)
