Swollen gums and bleeding due to medicin

I am a paralyzed patient and have medicine for the same everyday. I'm suspecting due to that I have severe gum bleeding, swollen gums and fowl smell no matter even if I keep my oral hygiene well. May I know which specialist will be good to attend me and what are the possible treatment.
