Swollen gum and Pain
Hello,
My kid who is 3.5 yrs old is having little swelling and pain on gum over his front tooth.
There is no decay in that tooth as told to us by his dentist. He cannot bite from front ad he complains of pain. What can be the reason of swelling and pain and how can it be treated. Doctor had prescribed him antibiotic and ibulgesic.
