This appears to be a stye. Please perform warm compresses with a wash cloth and warm water. This should be done for at least 10min and a minimum 2 times per day. More is better. You may take a pain killer for pain relief after meals. Also apply OCCUPOL-DX eye ointment or POLYNASE-D or DEXOREN-SP eye ointment over the swelling after doing warm compresses. If swelling increases, pain on eye movement develops please a local eye doctor immediately or if in Mumbai you may contact us at Arete Clinics. See the link for more information on stye. https://youtu.be/lf9qeg7jr_y
Next Steps
Warm compresses 10min at least 2 times per day Pain killers - Paracetamol maximum 2 times per day after meals if eye lid is painful Apply antibiotic+steroid ointment over lid swelling form outside 2 times per day. It’s an eye ointment so safe if it goes inside the eye.
