Swollen back sore

My dad have bump on his back that occur with pain right on his spinal cord. At first he thought it was a minor issue N it would go away.but few days ago the bump have swollen very large and burst out.it look like sore with pus in it.as well as drainages.in side the pus is yellowish and around it is black.his entire back is swellon like a hunchback
