Swollen Anus

Asked for Female, 34 Years

My Wife's Anus is swollen she has pains when passing stools. There is also a small pea sized party emerging which is sometimes painful. Due to this she is unable to pass excreata for 3 or 4 days. Can I know what actually is the problem and what doctor do I visit gynecologist or gastroenterologist. Thanks.
