Swollen abdomen
Hi, My Mom's abdomen has swollen for last two months she is 63yrs and we did some check ups like CT scan an Ultrasound the reports shows that the ( liver, kidney, gallbladder, stomach, spleen, pancreas) are normal there was nothing serious in the blood test, but still doctors are confused about the cause. Can you please advice me on this?
the symptoms are vomiting, less appetite, minimal back pain and fatigue

Need some more details to confirm the diagnosis I had in my mind by the details given. scanning ultrasound etc show the structural defect. dont show functional defect if only functions get affected. Can consult online
