We call it as pericoronitis .. d gums surrounding ur wisdom tooth would have been infected.. u can do vigorously brush salt water gargling for temporary relief

If the wisdom tooth is surrounded by gums and inflamed and infected then the gums has to be treated if the whole tooth is partly erupted or Impacted inside the bone then the tooth has to be removed .

U r experiencing cheek bite due to ur wisdom tooth.... so best is to get ur wisdom teeth... upper nd lower.... ground by ur dentist.... apply hexigel ointment on the cheek.... nd do a exercise for cheeks.... blow ur cheeks with utmost pressure wnever u can... that will give u relief too
